NDAA Compliance Statement
Introduction
The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is a crucial legislation addressing cybersecurity risks, outlined in the Interim Final Rule for the Fiscal Year 2019. It sets forth comprehensive guidelines to fortify national security, including Section 889, which focuses on eliminating potential risks posed by certain telecommunications and video surveillance equipment. In parallel, the Trade Agreements Act (TAA) establishes guidelines for procuring goods from countries that meet certain trade agreement criteria.
